Our team consists of over 45 carpenters, including experienced leading hands, qualified carpenters, and skilled hammerhands.
We operate in structured teams that can work independently on site, with leading hands capable of reading drawings, interpreting specifications, and managing day-to-day coordination.
This team structure allows us to deliver works efficiently and integrate smoothly with site operations.

- Full competency records for all staff, provided prior to site attendance
- Regular toolbox talks, task analysis (TA), and strict adherence to site-specific SSSP requirements
- All workers hold valid Site Safe cards, with additional training in confined space, mobile scaffolding, and working at heights
- Ongoing internal training and workshops to ensure compliance at all stages of the works
- Full PPE compliance across all sites
- Proactive engagement with site HSE managers to support continuous improvement
